Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial/Consumer

SUMMARY:

Outstanding opportunity for a senior legal counsel, ideally with healthcare or FMCG experience to join a leading Health Company on a 3-month contract.

THE ROLE:

• Negotiation and review of complex contracts
• Reviewing marketing materials
• Advice in relation to consumer and competition matters
• Logistics and supply contracts
• Hybrid working
• Sydney CBD location

ABOUT YOU:

• You have a current Australian Legal Practicing Certificate and 8+ years post-qualification experience including experience gained in a reputable firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Any previous experience in health or FMCG is highly desirable.
• You have a strong background in complex commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiations and review of complex contracts.
• You are comfortable advising on consumer and basic competition issues
• You effectively influence, manage, and successfully collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders across all levels of a diverse institution.
• You can manage and prioritise your workload, understand and balance risk, and provide clear, simple and to-the-point advice to others in the business.
