Senior Legal Counsel – ASX FMCG

THE ROLE:

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel for a 3 to 6-month contract:
• Provide legal support to all functions.
• Work closely with the GC and the business during a period of change.
• Review, draft, and manage agreements, transactions, and new business proposals.
• Provide intellectual property advice.
• Provision of timely, accurate commercial legal advice and support.
• Management and resolution of claims, disputes, and litigation.

ABOUT YOU:

• Hold a current Australian practising certificate with significant in-house experience.
• High-performing lawyer with a keen awareness of commercially-minded and practical legal solutions.
• Experience in the FMCG/logistics/pharmaceutical sector beneficial.
• Skilled communicator with strong organisational, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Innovator with a focus on driving efficiency through technology and processes.
• Customer-oriented team player with leadership attributes and results-oriented mindset.
