Legal Counsel – Property & Leasing Experience

THE ROLE:
Permanent, full-time position based in Sydney.
The primary focus will be on property law, particularly drafting and reviewing agreements for lease and other real estate contracts.
You’ll also support a diverse range of commercial work, including:
- General commercial and contract law matters.
- Providing advice on corporate, IT, and employment law.
- Addressing privacy and data protection issues, including sensitive information management.
- Assisting with disputes and family-related issues such as subpoenas.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of legal challenges, supporting business functions across the organisation.
ABOUT YOU:
- Approx. 1-3 years PQE with with property law experience, including handling agreements for lease.
- You have a keen interest to also support across a range of commercial law, contracts, and related legal matters for the business.
- You have an excellent eye for detail, paired with a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
- Your ability to work autonomously while managing diverse matters will make you an asset to the team.
