Legal Counsel – Property & Leasing Experience – Permanent

THE ROLE:

• Permanent, full-time position based in Sydney.
• The primary focus will be on property law, particularly drafting and reviewing agreements for lease and other real estate contracts.
• You’ll also handle a diverse range of commercial work, including:
  • General commercial and contract law matters.
  • Providing advice on corporate, IT, and employment law.
  • Addressing privacy and data protection issues, including sensitive information management.
  • Assisting with disputes and family-related issues such as subpoenas.
• This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of legal challenges, supporting business functions across the organisation.

ABOUT YOU:

• 1-3 years PQE with a solid grounding in property law and experience handling agreements for lease.
• A strong generalist, you are also capable of providing support across commercial law, contracts, and related areas.
• You have an excellent eye for detail, paired with a pragmatic approach to legal problem-solving.
• Your ability to work autonomously while managing diverse matters will make you an asset to the team.
