Contract Manager – Leading Supplier to Construction Industry – Interim

The role involves working on high-value customer contracts, with a minimum contract value of $500K and an average of $3M. Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate, draft, and manage customer contracts, predominantly using customer-supplied terms.
- Collaborate with key departments such as sales, procurement, and finance to ensure contracts meet both legal and business objectives.
- Review and provide advice on contracts valued between $500K+ while managing risk and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related queries, providing expertise to internal teams.
- Work alongside the General Counsel on complex and high-value agreements.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation, renewals, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and management.
- A strong understanding of contract law and risk management practices.
- Ability to manage contracts ranging in value, with a focus on high-value agreements (min. $500K – avg. $3M).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- The head office is located in an industrial park in Sydney’s northwest, you will need a car. Parking is available and free.
