Commercial Lawyer – 2-3 month contract

SUMMARY

Excellent interim opportunity for a commercial lawyer in Sydney with in-house experience. This is a short-term secondment initially for 2 to 3 months while the business fills a permanent role.

THE COMPANY

The organisation is an ASX listed company , based in Sydney, providing services to customers within the finance and retail sectors.

THE ROLE

You will provide legal counsel on general commercial matters, primarily involving drafting and review of commercial contracts and vendor agreements.

• Contract role initially for 2-3 months
• Oversee commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to support business objectives.
• Full-time role, 5 days a week, with hybrid working flexibility.

ABOUT YOU

• You are a commercial lawyer with in-house experience. .
• You have excellent drafting and communication skills.
• At least 4 years PQE.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and vendor agreements.
• Available full-time and comfortable with hybrid work (2-3 days in office).
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
